Modern Slavery Statement

The Reservationscentre feels proud of its commitment to responsible operation and maintaining the highest levels of ethics in all areas of business. We thoroughly detest the problems of modern-day slavery and human trafficking as we consider this to be a bane and gross violation of human rights. We genuinely believe that every human being is entitled to respect and dignity. We commit to actively preventing such societal crimes across our businesses and supply networks. As responsible travel agents and alert corporate members, we are committed to bringing this practice to an end across all our operations. This statement details the steps we have undertaken in order to avoid modern slavery and human trafficking in accordance with the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and equivalent legislation around the world.

Our Responsibility And Commitment:

The board of directors is ultimately responsible for ensuring that this policy is followed by all persons under its control. Management at all levels is responsible for ensuring that those reporting to them understand and follow the policy.

Employees:

We have a diverse range of individuals and are committed to treating all the employees with respect and fairness. We follow our principles very strictly:

  • We absolutely ban coerced, bonded, and indentured labour.
  • Maintain the transparent recruitment practices and do not indulge in any dishonest recruitment approaches.
  • Employees have a right to labour willingly and leave their jobs without fear of retaliation or any legal issues.
  • We do not hire anyone under the lawful minimum age of employment and are committed to the protection of rights for young workers.

Our Policies Regarding Modern Slavery:

  • Anti-Slavery Policy We acknowledge our responsibility to protect human rights and ethical practices in the tourism sector. This Anti-Slavery Policy sets forth The Flights Guru's commitment to eradicating modern slavery and human trafficking in our operations and supplier chains.
  • Human Rights Policy We respect the rights of all employees and individuals in our supply chains, and we carefully prohibit forced or child labor, as well as other activities that exploit or humiliate individuals. This policy is applicable to all employees, contractors, suppliers, and business partners of The Flights Guru worldwide.
  • Whistleblowing Policy At Reservation Center, we believe in encouraging a culture of transparency and integrity, as well as safeguarding whistleblowers from retribution and discrimination for disclosing concerns for betterment. We encourage our employees to raise their concerns about potential modern slavery or human trafficking without fear of retaliation from the company, instead we will be happy.
  • Non-Discrimination Policy Suppliers shall give equitable employment opportunities without discrimination based on race, gender, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, or other status.
  • Child Labor and Forced Labor Policy Suppliers must not hire anyone under the legal working age or engage in any type of child labor. Suppliers must not use forced, bonded, or indentured labor in any way. Employees must work voluntarily and have the right to leave their jobs.

Breach Of Our Policy:

Any employee who knowingly and intentionally breaches this policy is to be considered as one committing serious misconduct and thus is liable for disciplinary actions which may include dismissal on grounds of gross misconduct. If a supplier is determined clearly to breach this policy, the Group will sever agreement until they are in conformity. Any serious breach can be notified to the relevant law enforcing authorities. Up to now, no group's company has reported evidence of contravention of the Modern Slavery Act. The board considers that the nature of the firm makes such incidences highly unlikely.

We hope to reduce the risks of modern slavery by creating strong regulations, doing comprehensive due diligence, and raising awareness among our staff and partners. We believe that by being transparent and accountable, we can contribute to a more ethical travel industry while also ensuring that all individuals involved in our business are treated with dignity.
